Michelle was the absolute perfect wedding coordinator for our big day! She was always one step ahead of us, asking all the right questions we hadn’t even thought of and catching every little detail we would have missed.
On the wedding day itself she completely took away all the stress her calm presence and flawless organisation were truly priceless and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every single moment.
On top of being incredibly professional and super organized, Michelle is also genuinely kind, sweet and such a lovely person to be around. We can’t recommend her highly enough! thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We hired Michelle as a day of coordinator, but she was so so much more than that to us. If Google allowed 100 stars it would still not be enough. I'm not exaggerating when I say that our Wedding Day would not have been a success without Michelle, for endless reasons. Personable from the get-go, putting our minds at ease for the first meeting, she knew all the right questions to ask, and supported my ideas no matter how crazy they may have been. In the lead up, no query was too much, and no detail or stone was left unturned. Come the wedding day, she not only executed my vision flawlessly, but she did it while juggling a multitude of issues. Issues she fixed autonomously, and with confidence, without ever letting them come into our ether (until we were able to laugh about it later in the night) She is quick, caring and organised. She is an advocate for you and just gets it done. We feel like we’ve left the wedding day with a friend. She will be the best decision you make for your event. I honestly can’t thank Michelle enough. From day one she was calm, relaxed and super friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would. She's managed to take complete charge of a million little details behind the scenes and coordinating things I hadn’t even thought of.
On the day itself, she was simply amazing - meeting me at the gate with humour to relax me, and she kept everything running smoothly, made sure everything was where it should be, when it should be, and just handled everything so I could just enjoy the moments.
Michelle's warmth, organisation, and attention to detail and she went above and beyond in every possible way. I am forever grateful she was part of our day, and I'm looking for ways I can use her services again (though hopefully not another wedding day! :D).

We honestly can’t thank Michelle enough. From the very beginning, she was so kind, patient, and reassuring. She was always ready to answer any question, no matter how small. About 4–6 weeks out, she really became our anchor, stepping in to coordinate so much behind the scenes and even volunteering to help with things that weren’t technically part of her role. She was genuinely invested in making sure our day went perfectly.
She took the initiative to organise our site inspection, came prepared with questions for our vendors (some of which we hadn’t even thought of ourselves), and was always just a message away whenever we needed her. Her communication, warmth, and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the big day.
On the wedding day itself, she was simply amazing. She made sure everyone was fed, hydrated, and where they needed to be, all while keeping everything on track. When things inevitably went off-plan, she handled them calmly and sorted things out before things escalated. She even stayed back to help with the bump-out and made sure all our stuff were safely packed away.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. Michelle went above and beyond in every possible way. We’re so grateful for her care, dedication, and warmth. If you’re considering a coordinator, you absolutely won’t regret having Michelle by your side.

Booking Michelle as our on-the-day wedding coordinator was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. She went above and beyond her role, I honestly don't know what we would have done without her! In the lead-up to the wedding, Michelle was incredibly hands on. She joined us for a site visit, had multiple calls and email threads helping us sort out every detail, and even flagged a potential issue before the day, which saved us from a lot of stress on the actual wedding day morning.
On the day itself, she was a superstar. She helped set up our DIY decorations exactly how we imagined and oversaw the venue's setup to ensure everything matched our vision, which she knew inside out because she took the time to understand it. She also carried my dress train and veil around for me, made sure I had everything I needed, and even fixed my hair and dress position during our portrait hour to make sure everything was flawless!
Michelle’s attention to detail, calm presence, and genuine care made the day run seamlessly. I can’t recommend having an on-the-day coordinator as talented as Michelle more. If you're lucky enough to book Michelle, know you're in very good hands!
